I think it was on 30 Rock that said you don't have to pay royalties if you only use 3 seconds of a song, but that doesn't mean that it's true. So I'll just show the videos on YouTube as they are with no music, but put lines from songs in the subject line of my blog, and make a contest out of it. Just guess what song and artist the line is from. Come on Let's All Dance.
