I'm done trying to get you to guess the song titles.

Two of my neighbors showed up to dance out of the 15 or so flyers I handed out. They even had to leave after 1/2 an hour for appointments they had, but said they would come back on Thursday mornings after they cleaned the pool, so I was there bright and early this morning but no one else was there. I called to see what was going on and one had an appointment and the other hadn't cleaned the pool yet so I just said let me know when you want to dance and I came back home and changed for work. I wish I could figure out how to convince people that the key to their health could be as easy as just dancing every day.
I'm supposed to start at the Grange on the last day of the month but if I don't get very many pre-registered then I'm not going to waste my time and I'll just keep on dancing for myself since I know that it's the only way I'm able to maintain the grounds for 17 accounts. I guess I should say 16 because the 17th is my own and I'm not a very good grounds keeper for myself. I have long grass and weeds in the beds but it's just not a big deal for me. I'm lucky to just get it watered since we haven't had any rain for 29 days. If I didn't dance every morning to get the kinks out, I'd never be able to do the job that's expected of me. Dancers know what I mean I just wish everyone else did. Letsalldance!

"Didn't I Hear You Cry This Morning?"

I pinned down my neighbor, as to a day when we get together. Before, I wouldn't be so forceful, but I feel it's time for me to stop making excuses. The flyers are printed and the day and time are set. I decided to trade with our community club treasurer who made the flyers for me. I told her I'd take one of her 3 days of cleaning the pool in trade for the 10 flyers she made for me. It seems like I made a bad trade but she deserves a little relief for all she is doing for the community. She has no idea what being a board member entails. The more you do the more they lay on you. Most board members leave with a bad taste in their mouth for the way they were treated by their neighbors.
I'm doing a test-drive before starting the classes at the Grange, seeking my neighbors honest opinion on whether this is a needed service. I also want to know if they felt offended by my flopping boobs. I've had such a struggle with the thought that I might have to put on a bra. Everytime I think a bra is in the forecast I get busy doing something else. My girls love being free. I've had a bra on twice since I burned mine in the 60's. Once was at my oldest daughters wedding, (she requested it) but I still love her anyway, the other time was when my grandmother sent me all her old ones. after the birth of my youngest daughter. She told me I could stuff them with rags to soak up my lactating faucets. Whoopie! Come On everybody and Let's All Dance.

"In The Days Of Our Youth I Was Taught What It Means To Be A Man"

It's been quite a while since I've had something to say. It's not because nothing has been happening in my life, I'm still losing weight, down to 140 but still having those guilt trips when I buy crap at the store. I keep telling myself that I deserved that pint of ice cream, or the bag of licorice, or that rib steak, and the dark chocolate covered almonds, because I've been so good, but the fact remains that it just takes longer to get the weight off every time I indulge. Although my basketball size belly has turned into a soccer ball size, my goal is to get it down to a softball size. The fatty deposit that is on my upper arm seems to be getting smaller, it's actually a softball size now so I'm hoping for it to disappear. It's just so weird to have that lump a fat on my arm.
I've also been working some very long hours because we are having great weather that is perfect for the fast growing lawns. I'll be glad when it slows down.
Now that I've decided that I don't have to be the one to save my children from those mundane jobs the rest of their lives, I've been trying to gear myself for the other fork in the road, wherever that takes me. I know the one place that I really love to be is with the horses on those 49 acres. I have a hard time keeping away from there, especially when I should be working but one thing I know for sure is the work will be waiting for me when I get around to doing it because no one else wants to do it. The other thing I know for sure is Let's All Dance!
