12/28/2009: "Five More Gained, I Gotta Get A Grip"

I'd like to blame my recent weight gain on stressing over my brother's health but the fact remains it's my own fault for what I buy at the store and what I put into my mouth. I'd also like to blame the kids for wanting fudge and chocolate krinkle cookies for Christmas. I didn't need to keep a container full for myself and really regretted eating some before going to sleep. I haven't had a good nights sleep in days so I froze the rest that's left. I just have to get back on track.
I had Penny bred on the 6th so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she's pregnant. She should be starting to show in a couple weeks.
We had a great Christmas this year. I glad I'm finally getting over all the ones that weren't that great. I let them bother me for too many years. I even feel like dancing!
