Be Your Own Conductor

To explain about my morning workout, it's more like I'm conducting an orchestra that's playing my music. You don't have to have a lot of room, just move in place to the beat, with lots of arm movements, just like a conductor. I don't recall ever seeing a fat conductor.
The new boyfriend is moving in and I just hope he's as nice as he seems. He used to hang out with my grandson around 15 years ago and remembers most of the family. His real test will be how he works so I'll wait to judge him. Speaking of work, I'd better get to it. The grass isn't waiting to grow, it's exploding right now so with 3 of us now we should be able to keep up with it. I hope they will join me soon so I can wake them up and say, "Let's All Dance."

My Mother's Day Gift

Instead of going out and buying me a gift, I told the kids I'd rather they all get together to replace my back deck some day soon. That would be the best present ever. I'll really have a safe place for the dogs when it's done. I can't take all of them to work for very much longer, they are getting just too fast for me getting them in and out of the kennel. The toilet in the laundry room sprung a leak which I'm sure is caused by the puppies. I hope I can fix it by myself.
My neighbor is still avoiding me so I suspect that she doesn't feel comfortable enough here anymore. I miss her presence here and I believe the puppies do too. I hope she tells me why. Now I have to ask if she is using my mp3 player because I need it if she isn't using it.
I'm waiting to take 2 of the dogs to the vet this morning and then I need to get busy catching my accounts up. It's supposed to rain later on so I'd like to at least get the most needed ones done today. I can't wait for my youngest daughter to be completely moved in. I hope she doesn't mind when I wake her up in the morning saying "Let's All Dance!"

Back To Losing!

Finally, I'm still heading in the right direction and still have a grip on the overeating and night-time munchies. I'm down 8 pounds since I rose back to 150 lbs. I feel real good about it this time.
My daughter brought up a load of her stuff and while she was here her boyfriend broke up with her. That just shows how lame he really is by not being able to say it to her face. I believe the relationship ended when he saw the look in her eyes when she realized what a jerk he really is when his jealous monster raised it's ugly face. He couldn't face those eyes again. At least she can be assured he'll never find another as wonderful as she is. I'm really looking forward to working with her for as long as she wants. I told her she'll have to kiss a lot of toads before she finds her prince. Just look at Liz Taylor. She's marrying number 9 soon. She's still looking for prince!
Ever since I told my neighbor that I need to sell one of the pups, she hasn't spoken to me. It's been 4 days now so I guess it must have bothered her afterall even though she said she thought she wouldn't be a good mother anyway. I told her I felt like I was re-nigging, but she assured me I wasn't. I just need the money right now because I owe the IRS $1300 00 and some other unexpected bills came up like Harley and his breathing issues.
I've tried to send my tax return to the IRS 3 times but it keeps getting rejected for some vague reason. I have a feeling it's because of my name change last year. The computer might get confused when only my first and middle name are there without my last name. My tax man and I are going to try one more time today after work before we print it and mail it in with a check. If I have to mail it in I think I'll enclose the court order changing my name. Hi ho hi ho, it's off to work I go. "Let's All Dance!"

Been On Vacation!

I haven't had much to say lately because I've been so busy. My wonderful puppy sitter has been on vacation so I've been close to home unless they came with me. I also received great news, my youngest daughter is moving back home. She gave her 2 week notice at both her jobs and is hoping her Community College will transfer her instead of making her pay back her student loan. She'd like to finish so she can get a better job than the one I can offer her, although I get her help until then. Her boyfriend is also moving here and as long as he treats her like a Queen, I don't mind him coming. I could use his help also but I hope he can pick up some work repairing cars because he's a good mechanic and probably likes that more than mowing lawns.
My grandson's unemployment ran out and he's waiting for an extension so I was able to give him and his fiance some work around here. Also my son hasn't been able to go back to work yet after his accident so I had an aha moment and told the kids if I could get a commitment from them I'd expand the business and put them all to work. The season has just begun so it's a good time to pick up new accounts. My son also said he'd like to do it. We'll have to discuss it at my grand-daughter's birthday get together. Today is her birthday but it might wait until we can celebrate her dad's also.
I'd like to begin the day with an hour of "movin' to the beat," to show them how much better they'd feel getting all the kinks out. The pups also need some exercise, I'll call it, "Dances With Bullies."
Still trying to convince everyone, "Let's All Dance." It's so good for you.
